Payee is backed by a team of legal and IT professionals who are revolutionising and modernising receivables management, with the aim of helping companies to manage their overdue receivables with as little administration as possible, making recovery easier and less stressful. Thanks to the professional collaboration between eHÁZ and the Payee team, Payee's services are now available within the eHÁZ account.

Is Payee a law firm?

Payee is not a law firm, but in many ways it operates like a modern law firm, where you can hire a lawyer online and get a digital status of their work. Technically, Payee works with a team of lawyers specialised in claims management in each country to ensure legal certainty.

What steps can be taken?

In total these are the products that can be launched from the platform, if you are interested in more details about the products, steps, deadlines and details than the description below, read here

🟠 Digital Invitation - STEP BEFORE REAL ESTATE

We will send the debtor an email notice to request payment of the debt. It is worth considering here that this is not legally binding and can be "ignored" by the debtor.

🟠 Legal notice letter - LEGAL STEP

We will send a letter by post to the debtor asking him to pay the debt. It is worth considering here that this is not legally binding and can be "ignored" by the debtor.

🟠 Payment order (FMH) - LEGAL STEP

The order for payment is a notarial postal letter inviting the debtor to pay the debt, which will be enforceable when it becomes final, i.e. legally binding.

What fees and costs should I expect?

A Payee platform is free to use with the ESSENTIAL package. All eHÁZ customers automatically receive this package when they start their first case, there is nothing else to do.
